A extensão da Izza (atendente virtual) deverá ser conectada ao whatsapp web no computador. 

Quando a pessoa enviar mensagem, a Izza vai responder com uma mensagem de boas vindas.

Nessa mensagem, tem um link que direciona para o cardápio digital (site). 

Esse link é específico para cada cliente. Nele, tem uma chave de acesso única para cada cliente. 

Portanto, por gentileza, nunca compartilhe o link enviado para um(a) cliente com outro(a) cliente.
