1. A extensão da Izza precisa ser instalada no Google Chrome.
2. O whatsapp web precisa estar aberto e a Izza conectada/ativa para o envio da mensagem ser realizado. 

Se a loja estiver fechada no sistema administrativo da Cliente Fiel, mas a Izza estiver ativa no computador, ela vai enviar a mensagem de boas vindas normalmente.
